During the 12 th five-year plan period,The State Grid corporation of china has made significant progress in transmission technology,Real-time and online monitoring of the state of transmission and transformation equipment is the main content of smart grid research and is an important means to promote intelligent online monitoring.The current online monitoring and the primary diagnostic techniques are based on a single set of equipment,and using a variety of state monitoring devices,and using different protocols and interfaces,and realizing isolation,functions and all the different parts of the interface.This leads to the inability to use and realize the sharing of various information in the later stage.It is impossible to comprehensively analyze and grasp all the equipment status,and the economic processing strategy can not be presented in the later stage,which can not meet the requirements of future smart grid monitoring of information.As a result,it is required to maintain reliability and uniformity,to achieve comprehensive coverage and sharing of information,as well as to support state evaluation and fault diagnosis in smart grid,as well as to overhaul the state of all equipment.This paper analyzs the development of this project in the country,and pointed out that the current power transmission and transformation equipment condition monitoring are widespread standard not unified scattered construction ideas,and poor safety protection were,great influence to power accident emergency treatment.This paper analyzs the unified information model and the adopted message specification(MMS)as the real-time communication protocol and other advanced technical features of DL/T860(IEC 61850).Will be introduced to the DL/T860 high voltage transmission line and substation equipment condition monitoring of the integration platform,is used to solve the system of unified access and monitoring for the online system,and presents a unified monitoring model,realize the related information and sharing of the operation.By monitoring the overall frame of the system and all levels of design,the unified monitoring status of all kinds of sensors distributed throughout the area is realized.The sensor in the state monitoring system of transmission and transmission equipment is mainly to extract the state of the transmission equipment and transmission equipment,and monitor the specific operation status of the transmission and transmission equipment.The main job of the sensor in the transmission equipment monitoring system is to extract the indicators related to transformer oil chromatography and transformer core grounding current.The on-line monitoring system of transmission equipment is mainly about temperature detection,image extraction,and other related work.Based on the simple analysis of the basic functions of the above monitoring system,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the on-line monitoring technology of the substation and completes the design of the whole system and related technologies.Through the analysis of the whole process of the state monitoring of transmission and transmission equipment,the overall development framework of the state monitoring system of the transmission and transmission equipment was obtained,and the hierarchical structure of the whole monitoring system was further analyzed: the sensor layer,the access layer and the main station layer.Then,effective design schemes are provided for the various parts of the system,including online monitoring technology selection and standardized access method of online monitoring data.
