The control system of generating units in power plants is important.This paper is to upgrade the control system of #3unit of the 330 MW sub critical coal-fired generating unit of the Dalate power plant.In order to avoid the unsafe and stable factors caused by the long operation time of the control system,This paper studies the upgrading of the power plant to ensure the normal operation of the system.First of all,the paper analyzes the basic theory of DCS control system,and introduces its functionality and expansibility from four aspects of field level,process control level,operation monitoring level and information management level.Aiming at the problem of DCS control system strategy,the digital PID algorithm is studied,and the algorithm optimization is analyzed.The data communication medium,data communication topology and data communication standard are introduced,the typical DCS(I/A Series 50)control system is selected for research and discussion.Secondly,the general situation of the Dalate-Power-Plant is introduced,and the composition,structure,software and hardware of the DCS system of unit #3(the I/A Series series produced by FOXBORO company)are expounded.This paper analyses the problems existing in the DCS control system,such as the serious aging of the equipment,the shutdown of some components,the control of the system controller,the IO card,the DEH,the TSI,the high and low bypass control failures.Based on the problems existing in the DCS control system,3 DCS system transformation schemes are given,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are analyzed from the perspectives of economy,security and automation.Finally,the budget analysis of the 3 proposed reform schemes is carried out.The analysis and comparison of the reform contents of the auxiliary control system and the transformation of the main control DCS system are carried out in the analysis.Based on the analysis and calculation results,the optimal transformation scheme of DCS control system is selected,and the economic and social benefits after transformation are analyzed.
