| Changzhi city, Shanxi Province is located in the central region, which is rich in coal and iron resources. Changzhi city plays a role that connects China’s north and south, and links the east and the west in the country’s economic development. Urban central heating project is one of the city’s major municipal infrastructure, which reflects a city’s quality of life, environmental quality and comprehensive management level of energy efficiency. The existing heating condition of Changzhi City can’t meet the demand of the recent central heating. Therefore, we should carry out the technical transformation of Zhangshan power plant’s electric equipment. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1、We have an investigation about the present situation of Changzhi city heating, and the thermal load is analyzed. Then, we established a few reform principles.2、We introduced the basic situation of Zhang Shan power plant,and the retrofitting prerequisites are discussed. In addition, the risk of reconstruction project was assessed.3、We discuss the technical transformation scheme for heat-supply unit in zhangshan power plant, and the best scheme is determined. We also study the key part of the heating renovation project.4、We calculate the cost of the technical transformation of Zhangshan power plant’s electric equipment, and work plan is developed. At the same time, we analyze the rationality of investment cost, and carry on economy analysis.5、We analyze the main economic and technical index after the renewal project of Zhangshan power plant. We study the influence of the transformation of Zhangshan power plant to the resource utilization, energy-saving emission reduction, the quality of residents’ life and environment, too. |
