The modular substation construction mode is a kind of new intelligent substation construction mode.The miniaturization and integration for the construction of concept,with "standardized design,modular combination,factory processing and intensive construction features.This paper mainly analyzes the application of substation technology in the construction of the module in the beishan.As the first modular substation in coastal areas of Northeast China,the main points of the construction of Beishan substation should not only follow the modular construction.It also according to the special climate environment,implementation of monitoring the running state of the substation,and realize the state overhaul.Only the perfect operation of supervision,to ensure the stable operation of the modular substation in the climate environment.The paper first analyzes the key technology of the module substation,studies the technical characteristics of the modular substation construction,and discusses the content and significance of the on-line monitoring technology.Secondly,the overall design of the Beishan substation was discussed.Based on the basic construction content of the Beishan substation,the parameters of the primary protection equipment were calculated.For neutral grounding,the arc suppression coil grounding method is selected.The comparative select ion of lightning protection equipment and overvoltage protection equipment was discussed.The second part of the Beishan substation design work was focused on.The dispatch automation unit and the substation automation system unit were designed in detail.According to the design requirements of the smart substation,the design schemes for the station control layer,process layer and bay layer were given.The analysis of the AC-DC integrated power supply system scheme,the time synchronization scheme of the entire station,and the cabinet design of the secondary equipment are focused on.In terms of clock synchronization,the system uses a clock source that simultaneously supports Beidou and GPS synchronization to ensure reliable information transmission.The selection of transformer equipment was compared and analyzed.The grounding scheme of secondary equipment and the lightning protection unit scheme were designed.Finally,the Beishan substation intelligent auxiliary control system was designed.The intelligent auxiliary control system is the key to achieving state maintenance and stable operation of the substation.The overall structure of the intelligent auxiliary control system was discussed,followed by the design of the field environmental monitoring terminal in the intelligent auxiliary control system,detailed analysis of the specific circuit of each unit,and the completion of the on-site environmental monitoring terminal function test,through the test to determine the various functions The unit functions are realized and the performance meets the requirements.This design provides a relatively complete environmental monitoring platform,which can increase the monitoring sensors at any time according to need,and realize the online monitoring of the environment. |
