Various problems in the operation of power system have seriously affected the social and economic construction and people's daily life.The continuous optimization of power system is imminent.How to better realize the integrated automation of power system is a key link to reduce power loss,save energy,improve economic efficiency and alleviate the current grim situation of power consumption;it is also a condition to improve the efficiency of power supply,enhance stability and reliability,reduce power loss,save energy and improve economic efficiency.The application field of EMS is the dispatching center of city and provincial level.Each sub-module can provide abundant relevant information for dispatchers,including generator power,frequency,bus voltage and so on.Based on this,the dispatching decision-making of power grid can be managed and controlled,so as to ensure the safe operation of power grid,and further improve the corresponding quality of power grid,thereby significantly enhancing its economic attributes of operation.It is a powerful tool for dispatching center prediction,planning,control and training.These functions require high accuracy and real-time data,and high requirements for daily maintenance.Detailed understanding of the technical content of intelligent substation,on-line monitoring of secondary equipment at the station end can timely detect and repair equipment defects,improve the reliability of equipment operation.Function migration in online operation can improve the redundancy reliability of equipment.These powerful functions can reduce the time and frequency of inspecting the station and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.After network transmission,there are no physical constraints between devices,so long as access to the existing network can complete the logical function.With the maturity of Plug and Play technology,the installation,commissioning,overhaul and transformation of equipment will be greatly optimized,the difficulty of work will be reduced,the construction time will be reduced,and the construction cost will be greatly reduced.The state has given the corresponding security project guidelines for power data network system,that is to say,it is necessary to introduce the technology of preventing hackers and malicious codes in such systems to avoid the related security incidents caused by these factors,so as to build a more robust protection system for the security of the whole power system and ensure the stable operation of the system.In these areas of system protection,many principles,such as security zoning and network dedication,need to be followed all the time,so that the dispatching network and power monitoring network can operate more stably and safely.The research and application of the integrated platform for remote maintenance and inspection of substation is aimed at the current situation of the professional work mode of relay protection automation.The goal is to optimize the work methods and improve the work efficiency in the current situation of "zero" growth of human resources.In the chapter,the cases in the work will be selected for analysis and discussion,which proves that the design and application of the platform is practical and innovative,and can be effectively promoted.
