With the development of smart grid,data sharing and information interaction are the inevitable requirements for its development.IEC61970 is the standard for the intelligence control center.CIM(Common Information Model)is the most core part of IEC61970,and all objects in the power system can be abstract by CIM.SCL(Substation Configuration Language),part of the standard of IEC61850,Is a description and configuration language accepted by intelligent substation.And SCL is used to describe the objects in the substation.The difference between the two models makes it difficult for both parties to communicate directly,thus it is difficult to realize data sharing and information interaction.In order to solve data interaction difficulties caused by different data models between center and substations,the data integration scheme based on model transformation is presented in this paper,which implemented the integration of the state data described by the SCL model to the CIM model.Main achievements:(1)According to the semantic heterogeneous between CIM and SCL,integration scheme based on model transformation is given in this paper.By comparing the similarities and differences between CIM and SCL,this paper proposed a model transformation method based on ontology technology,so as to realize data sharing between substation and control center.(2)Using ontology matching algorithms,including two stages of linguistic feature matching based on multiple linear regression method and the matching based on structural feature,this paper found out the mapping relation between SCL and CIM model,which provided the mapping basis for the mapping of the instance data of the substation to the CIM model data.(3)First of all,the CIM ontology and SCL ontology were created.The mapping of SCL model to SCL ontology and the mapping of SCL ontology to the CIM ontology are realized through the improved matching algorithm.What's more,the feasibility of the model transformation was verified in the power field test set and the experiment of SCD/XML file to the CIM/OWL document was carried out.
