With fewer one-time fossil energy,secondary development of renewable energy has become the focus of the current problems to be resolved,the solar energy is largely replacing one of the potential energy of energy at a time,the national energy administration decided to expand the scale of the thermal power industry,construction of a batch of solar-thermal electric demonstration projects,solar-thermal electric industry in China in the new development opportunity.In this paper,the solar energy storage power station high temperature liquid circulating pump hydraulic design and structural design of heavy metals was studied,and the finite element method(fem)is adopted to high temperature liquid metal flow field in the circulating pump are analyzed in the hydraulic,analysis and fatigue reliability analysis of impeller.In this paper,the design method of hydraulic parts of pump is studied,and the hydraulic design of the main flow part,such as the excellent hydraulic model m192-400,is used to complete the hydraulic design,and the best matching feature is obtained.To meet the heavy metals lead,bismuth,safe and reliable operation of pump to tank,pump tank,axial force and radial force to the connecting bolt at the flange,shaft,impeller,shaft coupling,bearings and other heavy metals lead,bismuth pump of the key parameters for calculation and checking.Analyzed associated with the solar energy storage power station high temperature liquid circulating pump of heavy metals of relevant boundary conditions and turbulent model of computational fluid dynamics,and the pump in the water and heavy metal lead bismuth velocity and pressure distribution of flow field numerical simulation results of qualitative analysis and comparison,reveal the solar energy storage power station high temperature and the flow pattern of liquid circulating pump of heavy metals;Consider periodic transient hydrodynamic load and unsteady centrifugal alternating load of blade fatigue,ANSYS structural analysis software to establish analysis model,the heavy metal lead bismuth pump vane to the influence of different kinds of load on the stress response analysis,and in the large finite element software ANSYS workbench alternating stress response analysis was carried out on the key blade.Based on the fluid-structure coupling technology of H-N alloy and 304 steel structure strength analysis of two materials,the results show that the impeller and the pump body meet the design requirements,and shaft and guide vane under most conditions are not meet the design requirements,and therefore,h-n alloy steel and 304 steel can be used to process the impeller and pump body of heavy metal lead-bismuth pump.
