The use of clean renewable energy,such as wind and solar energy,is an energy that people are happy to use today.However,due to the large-scale discontinuity and instability of its power generation,integration into the grid will affect the safe operation of the grid,resulting in a large number of wind and solar energy abandoned.Vanadium liquid flow battery is a new type of energy storage equipment.It can not only be used as energy storage equipment for solar and wind power generation,but also be used for peak shaving,improving the stability of power grid and ensuring the safety of power grid.Firstly,through describing the general situation of the power system in Dalian area,this paper puts forward the scheme of connecting the energy storage power station into the power system,and demonstrates the rationality of the scheme by calculating the corresponding power flow,short circuit and stability,and discusses the selection of electrical equipment for the energy storage power station.Secondly,the two study of the energy storage power station is carried out.Firstly,the relay protection configuration of energy storage power station and related lines is studied,secondly,the system dispatching automation scheme and the system communication and communication channel organization scheme are studied,and finally the secondary side reconstruction scheme of 220 KV substation is studied.Finally,the path plan of access system for energy storage power station is discussed.Firstly,the conductor section and type are selected according to the environmental conditions of the line,and the main technical parameters of the cable,cable accessories and cable overvoltage protection are analyzed and discussed.Secondly,the technical requirements of cable structures are discussed.Finally,ventilation and lighting of tunnels are discussed.Drainage and on-line monitoring.The design of this project can improve the reliability of power supply in the southern power grid of Dalian urban area,improve the peak load regulation capacity of Dalian power grid,improve the power structure of Dalian power grid,avoid wind abandonment,reduce fuel consumption of thermal power plants,and reduce pollutant emissions.At the same time,it can greatly enhance the capacity of Dalian power grid to accept wind power,and create favorable conditions for the development of wind power in Dalian area.Therefore,the establishment of the project has better practical significance.
