Research On Comprehensive Energy Saving Measures To Reduce The Loss Of Neiqiu County Distribution Network

Network loss exists in all aspects of power transmission and distribution during the operation of power grid.The percentage of network loss to power supply,which is also called network loss rate,directly reflects the technical,economic and management level of power grid operation.The distribution network is directly connected with power user,which plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality of power supply,the quality of customer service and improvement of the power system economy.However,since the distribution network is a relatively weak part of the construction and development of power grid,resulting in distribution network loss occupies a large proportion in the power loss.It is an urgent problem to study the network loss of distribution network,to clarify the distribution of line loss,to find the energy saving and loss reduction measures,and then to guide the construction and development of power distribution.Neiqiu County is one of the larger county in Hebei Province for electricity sale.The network loss of Neiqiu county was serious,which not only caused great economic losses,but also didn't not conform to the current development model of energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon economy.Therefore,this paper studied the comprehensive energy saving measures based on the actual conduct of Neiqiu County distribution network.First,this paper summarized the current domestic and international situation of energy and power development,analyzed of the development mode of the distribution network should meet the urgency of low-carbon economy,and the calculation of domestic and international distribution network loss and related loss reduction theory.Secondly,the classification of network loss in distribution network and the main cause of line loss were analyzed,and the typical algorithm of distribution network loss theory was summarized.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of Neiqiu County distribution network,the distribution network loss rate of Neiqiu County,voltage grade proportion,network loss rate component proportion were studied using the method of line loss rate measured load,found Neiqiu County distribution network problems and the reasons caused by the loss.Finally,in view of Neiqiu County distribution network problems,the energy loss reduction measures were proposed and reactive power compensation measures and reformation scheme were given for the electrical equipment line and transformer based on Neiqiu County distribution network loss.Also,the energy loss reduction measures were applied to the reform of Neiqiu County distribution network and the results of loss reduction were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the proposed energy-saving and loss reduction measures could effectively improve the Neiqiu County distribution network power quality and reduce the loss of distribution network.This paper has clarified the Neiqiu County distribution network loss distribution and the energy loss reduction project,provided a theoretical basis for the healthy development of Neiqiu County distribution network,which made an important practical significance.
