The Xinjiang area has formed 96% of the historical objective conditions for the use of local cost control smart meter for electricity customers for special reasons.Although it has effectively alleviated the pressure of the front-line meter reading and the workers' work pressure,it has brought an objective technical barrier to the convenience of the customers.From 2012 to the present,a power supply enterprise in Xinjiang has continuously expanded the channel of payment,built more than 20 kinds of electricity fee payment channels,constantly enriches the way of the user's payment,and expands the channel of the user's payment,and has achieved certain results.However,with the blind expansion of payment channels,the management of payment channels is getting loose and weak.Under this background,this paper carries out the research on the optimization of the electricity fee payment channel,and analyzes the management status of the integrated payment management platform,the operation cost of each payment channel,the self-service terminal management and the third party collection agency.Summarizing the related service problems caused by payment channels in recent years,after a comprehensive analysis and discussion,4 industry needs are listed.On the basis of the integrated fee management platform,the management of electricity fee and charge,channel management of private business hall,channel management,management of exchange fee channels of self-service terminal management,and online channel business model are established.Standardized and unified management standards and technical standards,design and development of electricity tariff channel management platform for business needs is developed.6 business classes and 46 business items,such as "access management","transaction management","business monitoring","access terminal support","business management","self-service terminal operation management" and so on,have been completed.To achieve centralized management and unified deployment of all kinds of power marketing payment channels,to achieve more standardized services and higher service reliability.Into the Internet plus concept,the third party can be collected through the Internet access integrated fee management platform,more convenient access service;customer data to third parties no longer push,and fully guarantee the customer privacy;the establishment of a unified security commission and control of high standard,improve the collection business management level.The channel has more expansibility,faster access speed and stronger applicability.
