As we all know,the power grid to service people's lives,improve the urban functions,promote social and economic development has played a crucial role in network development to today,it has become an energy optimal allocation of resources and an important technical means "large capacity long-distance transmission,the area grid interconnection,the rapid development of new energy technologies," has become the theme of modern grid development.However,natural disasters,external damage,human responsibility,the system is weak mode when equipment failure and other causes blackouts have occurred,it has increasingly become a major threat to grid security.Based on other domestic power grid enterprise security management model on the analysis presented in Liaoning Province for grid safety supervision system framework.In order to facilitate the work of security management and control practice to develop a job-site inspection in Liaoning power grid control system,effectively prevent the occurrence of human-induced grid accident.Practical application shows that the power grid safety inspection system has greatly enhanced the safety awareness of site operations personnel,greatly reducing the freedom of human action,effectively regulate the standardization process of field operations,early detection of unsafe behavior,and by reminding,persuading,advice,criticism,warning until disposal,removal,etc.,to eliminate unsafe behavior,improve the reliability of the work.It has significant economic benefits and broad market prospects.
