In recent years,with the development of electric vehicles and related technologies,the number of vehicles has gradually increased,while satisfying the demand of green travel,it also brings new challenges to the distribution network.According to the load characteristics of electric vehicles,when the large-scale electric vehicle is connected to the distribution network,if not take effective management methods and norms,it will bring a series of negative effects: such as irregular slow charging mode can cause serious unbalanced three-phase imbalance phenomenon in distribution network;Irregular random charging time will increase bus voltage deviation and further pull large load curve peak and valley difference;Distribution network capacity does not meet the demand,in order to meet the charging demand,enlarging the distribution transformer will reduce the utilization efficiency of the unit scale power equipment,which is unfavorable to the economy of the power company.Therefore,in view of the above problems,it is necessary to plan the charging mode and charging strategy after the distribution network is connected with the large-scale electric vehicle to meet the challenges in the future development.Aiming at three-phase unbalance problem caused by slow charge,this paper designs a charging device for automatic balancing EV three-phase charging load.With the participation of the switching device,the charging load is automatically distributed evenly to each phase power supply to achieve the three-phase load balance.In this paper,a hybrid two-part electricity price with Peak-Valley time-sharing electricity price is designed for charge behavior control,it controls people's electricity consumption from power and electricity consumption.The orderly charging strategy guided by electricity price uses the electric vehicle V2 G technology to transfer the idle electric energy to the peak in the valley indirectly.Therefore,the power consumption is reduced and the electric vehicle is encouraged to feed into the distribution network in the peak period at the same time,and electric vehicle chooses the time period that the distribution network load is low to charge,which can avoid the occurrence of peak load superposition.It's very advantageous to the distribution of distribution Network load and has obvious peak effect on load curve.On the premise of the ordered charging strategy mentioned above,by comparing the power supply efficiency cost of distribution network under different planning schemes,compared with the disordered charging mode,the potential of unit-scale power equipment is greatly played in the orderly charging mode,the utilization rate of the power equipment is increased,the fixed investment after the load access distribution network is reduced,and the power supply efficiency of the distribution network is greatly improved.
