Since the implementation of de inventory strategy in the real estate market in 2016,the impact of the domestic real estate market is very obvious under the many factors such as severe restriction and tax policy.The past real estate development projects "lying can make money" industry bonus has gone for ever,so a number of policies and measures,to effectively curb the current domestic real estate construction industry blind expansion and construction projects with the real estate market momentum,and constantly improve and standardize the market rules,to speed up the elimination of lack of competitiveness and the management level is low,the blind expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises,and Wanda,green,Vanke and other well-known large real estate companies have chosen transformation.Under such a development environment,how to guarantee the economic benefits of construction projects is the most concerned problem of all real estate enterprises under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of construction projects.As the project cost control theory and method in the gradually popularization and application,through the practice of comprehensive control,dynamic control and a full range of cost control methods,more and more enterprises begin to realize the scientific and reasonable cost control method to reduce project costs,improve economic efficiency,promote the important role of enterprise development.It can be said that the present cost control,including the future,will gradually become an important part of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper choose well-known state-owned construction enterprise group WD company in Guangdong Province in the period of 2012~2016 in Qingyuan area A project as an example,with the A project cost and other related data collection and sorting,in-depth analysis and summary of the existing A project cost control problems and causes.At the same time,combined with theoretical analysis of problems and total cost control,full staff control and omnidirectional control,we optimize the cost control plan of A project,and put forward specific safeguard measures.It is hoped that through this research,we can improve the current situation of A project cost control,effectively reduce project cost,accelerate the early completion of A project,and provide experience for other related research.
