| With the further development our economy,the competition among enterprises has shifted from the competition of resources to the competition of the talented.As the main form of talent cultivation,training is an important way to explore the existing human resources and improve the overall quality of employees.Training effect evaluation is an indispensable link in the whole process of training,and it plays an important role in training results.In reality,for Tianjin Port SH Company,the result of staff training is not as well as expected mainly because:their evaluation method is too simple,their training assessment mechanism is not enough perfect and lack of appropriate security mechanisms,their assessment is one-sided and the index measurement is difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the evaluation system of training effect of Tianjin Port SH Company.This thesis expounds the theoretical basis of the evaluation of training effect,summarizes the main methods,the assessment of the training effect evaluation model,evaluation principle,main work process evaluation combing the training result;On this basis,using the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis,using the form of case,the status quo of training effect evaluation of Tianjin port SH the company conducted in-depth analysis.Based on the four level evaluation model and CIPP evaluation model,to build a comprehensive and meet SH company need training evaluation model,and established the preparation stage,implementation stage and summary stage three steps of the assessment process,including the 10 level two indexes and 34 level three indexes,and the evaluation process the use of fuzzy evaluation method.The research also made rough assessment safeguards,including increasing management support,improving system guarantee,establishing training effect evaluation incentive mechanism,and enriching training evaluation methods.Finally,according to the above ways,the thesis makes a case analysis combined with actual data.The evaluation results show that the training preparation stage assessment score is 82,the training implementation stage’s score is similar to the preparation stage,and the summary stage score is the lowest in the 3 stages.By the result,it can improve on the low scores,and provide evaluation support for SH company. |
