Port is an important part of transportation,it energy consumption and environmental pollution in the transport industry occupies a large proportion.Due to the high consumption and high emission characteristics of the port,the ecological environment of the port has become increasingly prominent.With the deepening of the green concept,the further development of the port scale,more and more countries and regions aware of the importance of the port environment,the port of green low-carbon development of the idea of birth."The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China" for the first time in our country will be included in the development of ecological civilization construction in the planning of general layout,the national" special emphasis to the green development as the guiding ideology to promote green traffic system construction.Tianjin Port is a comprehensive port of the Bohai Sea region,but also an important gateway to the development of China’s northeast region,its bulk cargo business is an important driving force to support the development of the region.But the industry has not yet a complete set of bulk cargo dock for the development of low-carbon evaluation index system.How to comprehensively,objectively and scientifically evaluate the level of green low-carbon development of bulk cargo terminals is an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper first analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research,summarizes the achievements of the current research,and points out that the evaluation of green low-carbon development of bulk cargo terminals has not attracted the attention of the industry.Through the elaboration of the relevant green economics theory,the paper analyzes the principle of ecological environment and port development,and summarizes the influencing factors of green low-carbon development in bulk wharf.Then,based on DPSIR’s ideological guidance,the evaluation index system is established,and the weights of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green port of Tianjin Port.Finally,through the analysis of the evaluation results for the Tianjin Port bulk cargo green low-carbon development of the relevant recommendations. |
