As the mainstream production mode of offshore oil and gas field development,it is likely that the equipment will be discontinued and will incur high maintenance cost,due to the adverse offshore circumstances where FPSO serves,the complex errors caused by manual operation and the inevitable failures when systems run.At present,most international and domestic studies on the risk assessment of FPSO are related studies on its structural reliability and feasibility studies on some theoretical approaches.However,there are still some defects in the risk analysis of the components of its specific equipment,which can't generate convincing quantitative data.Because the failure data of domestic FPSO equipment collection and analysis is still in its initial stage,it is necessary to analyze the failure frequency of FPSO main equipment's failure modes and establish its corresponding failure database system,in order to grasp the failure probability of FPSO device failures better and strengthen the maintenance and management of the reliability data of the equipment.So this topic mainly studies the content of the following aspects.(1)Planning the data sorting process for FPSO failure equipment.Define the terms and definitions that may be encountered in the process of data collection,divide the equipment boundaries to improve data quality,organize the failure mode code of different equipment,design the table format of data collation,and finally form a set of standardized data collection plan.This will make a useful attempt to establish the related failure database system in China,which has guidance and reference value.(2)In order to solve multi-sample problem,using the discrete value calculation method of the chi-square test distribution in mathematical statistics,combined with the equipment failure data,the 90% confidence interval failure frequency of the various device failure modes will be proposed.Therefore,the failure rate and its standard deviation of the corresponding failure modes are obtained under the condition of either calendar time or operational time.The purpose is to realize the reliability evaluation of multi-sample FPSO devices.(3)Using the offshore reliability data manual(OREDA,Offshore Reliability Data)as a prior distribution,regarding the data of failed equipment collected from domestic FPSO as sample information,using Poisson distribution to simulate equipment failure process,then the posterior distribution of failure frequency can be deduced through Bayesian estimation.The mathematical expectation and standard deviation of the FPSO failure frequency are calculated.Combining with history database to make up the insufficient sample data of field data will lay the roots for the safety analysis of equipment in the future.(4)Using SQL Server 2008 as the background database management system,using JQ library,AJAX technology and PHP to realize access to database,the FPSO failure database system of B/S structure will be developed and established.The implement of the FPSO fault information query and fault information management will accumulate data and experience for future FPSO risk assessment.This research will be practical and innovative.
