When the tractor is working,the ground condition is complex and the transmission system bears high load.In addition,in order to ensure farming,agricultural operation has a lot of work to do in a specific period of time.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the life and work reliability of the transmission and to prolong the working time between failures of the transmission.In this paper,the mechanical transmission module of a combined power shift transmission is studied.The model is built by Romax software,and all parts are simulated and analyzed.The influence of different factors on the life of transmission is studied,and the rationality of selection of parts design parameters,general parts and standard parts is evaluated,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the tractor transmission system,the structure of the power shift transmission and the transmission ratio of each gear are analyzed,and the mode of the mechanical transmission module is established by Romax software.(2)According to the characteristics of the power input and output of the mechanical transmission module when the tractor in the mode of traction or power output,the load spectrum used in the simulation analysis is determined.(3)The correctness of the model is verified by the comparison between software simulation and theoretical calculation.Based on the life analysis results of gears,bearings and shafts,the design of relevant parts and the reasonableness of the selection of standard parts are evaluated.(4)The influence of some factors,such as material and lubrication,on the fatigue life of gears,bearings and shafts of transmission is studied and analyzed.Based on the specific analysis results,suggestions for transmission processing or product application are given.(5)Through the dynamic analysis of the transmission system,we get the transmission error and dynamic response of some parts under different working conditions,and combine the static analysis results to optimize the transmission parts.
