The increasing traffic demand makes traveler's route decision research become one of the hot topics in the contemporary era,and provides a theoretical basis for analyzing traffic congestion.Most of the existing studies do not fully consider the characteristics of the fuzziness and randomness of the influencing factors,which can easily cause the decision results to be unrealistic.Therefore,in order to better describe the influence of the relationship between quantitative and qualitative factors,this paper puts forward the route decision method based on cloud model.The analysis is mainly from two angles of multi route-single point decision and multi route-multi point decision making.this is because some of the travelers is to do only one route choice before they travel and do not change their routes during the journey.However,in most cases,travelers will make decisions at each node according to the actual traffic situation and their own experience to determine the steering route,until the whole trip is completed.In this paper,cloud model is applied to deal with the uncertainty characteristics of qualitative concept and quantitative description,and the cloud model conversion method for interval and qualitative variables is established respectively.At the same time,the Hamming distance is designed by combining the concept of integrated cloud,and a multi route-single point decision model is established.In addition,based on the concept of similarity of cloud model,a multi route-multi point decision model is established on the basis of foreground theory.Through the example analysis,Using the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the cloud model to describe the language value or evaluation value of the index,it can better reflect the fuzziness and randomness of each index.Moreover,the cloud image of cloud model can better show the characteristics of each route under each indicator,and show the correlation characteristics between the optimal route and other feasible routes.In addition,the traffic assignment results show that the route decision method based on cloud model can better control traffic flow and alleviate traffic congestion.
