Recently,with the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the demand for automatic 2-d flexible mapping and measurement to work pieces is getting bigger and bigger.For the convenience of measurement and evaluation of the workpiece surface topography characteristics,based on the three-coordinate measuring instrument work way and the principle of the exploration,developed to measure the two-dimensional cross section contour of equipment,concrete research content is as follows:(1)Measuring system design.Firstly,we analysis the precision measuring principle,and complete the designing of 2-d measuring instrument.Meanwhile,we exploit electric dominate system and program the software.After analyzing the theoretical precision,we complete the prototype building.(2)Surface self-adaptive measurement research.By decomposing the composite surface,the measured surface measurement path pl anning,boundary conditions and the order of measurement between subsurface were obtained.And we achieve the automatically and instructed measuring.Then the detection span of the measured object is adaptive and adjusted.We also evaluate the measurement error and make it lower than the accuracy threshold.In addition,the continuous algorithm of the non-uniform b-spline curvature is also combined to predict the coordinates of the measurement points,while the vector is also detected to guarantee the improvement of the measurement accuracy.(3)Measurement instrument accuracy study.A mathematical model of the measuring instrument is established to analyze the error sources affecting the accuracy of the measuring instrument,and methods and measures for imp roving the measurement accuracy and reducing the errors are found.A method for improving the measurement accuracy is proposed: using a coordinate measuring machine measuring instrument and a high-precision digital display micrometer test to compare and create an error compensation table to correct the measured information;a software filtering method is applied to the rough difference and the random error.Kalman filtering and limiting filtering are combined.The small-amplitude random disturbances caused by noise and random errors caused by coarse errors in the measurement process were processed.The results show that this method can remove the corresponding noise and make the data more accurate.Through the experimental method to assess the error of the m easuring instrument to determine whether the design of the two coordinate measuring instrument can meet the design requirements.The test results show that by analyzing and processing the measurement error,the measurement accuracy of the system can be eff ectively improved and the design requirements can be achieved.
