In view of the characteristics of the static load test platform,such as large bearing capacity,high requirement for safety and automation,uncertainty of test objects and high measurement accuracy,this paper,based on the structural optimization design method,electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and intelligent control theory,combines simulation analysis with experimental research to design the automation unit,pressure compensation control system and self-control system of the test platform.The adaptive controller is studied in depth to meet the actual needs of the project and explore the technical difficulties in the field of test machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In chapter 1,the background and significance of the research are summarized,the research status of large tonnage horizontal tension testing machine and control strategy at home and abroad are introduced,and the main characteristics of large tonnage horizontal tension testing machine are summarized,and the main research contents of the subject are put forward.In chapter 2,based on the application background and function index of the subject,the main frame and cross beam components of the test bench are optimized and checked.The automatic design and dynamic matching analysis of space adjustment unit,pin fixing unit and shield wireless remote control unit are completed.In chapter 3,aiming at the problems of high cost and energy loss in the development of conventional electro-hydraulic servo control system,a pressure compensation electro-hydraulic proportional control system is designed to meet the control accuracy requirements of the test bench.The AMESim simulation model of hydraulic system is established,and the control accuracy and energy-saving effect of the constant pressure system are compared.At the same time,the position-force composite control and the influence of variable stiffness interference on the control performance are simulated and analyzed.In chapter 4,aiming at the influence of variable load stiffness on system control performance,a force control mathematical model considering load stiffness is established,and its structural characteristics are studied and analyzed.A model reference adaptive controller is designed,and a reference model with minimum beat response characteristics is proposed.Simulink is used to simulate the minimum beat reference model adaptive controller and the PID controller.In chapter 5,according to the functional requirements of the test-bed,combined with the principle and method of the sample test,the control system of the test-bed based on computer control is developed,the hardware platform and the control program of the host computer are built and designed,and the test results are analyzed through the standard test method.In chapter 6,the summary of the whole work and the prospect in the future are proposed.
