In recent years,the construction of China’s intelligent city project has completed pilot projects and is now being promoted to the whole country.Governments of all over the country have responded to the call of the state to bring the construction of intelligent cities into the plan of urban construction and give high support to them.Smart city construction is the inevitable outcome of scientific development and transformation of life by building digital city,building Internet of things,and simplifying and intelligentization of urban management through cloud computing.The in construction of Smart City Project is to build the infrastructure of this platform,so that the intelligent city can run effectively.As a project supervisor,our current main task is to optimize the engineering process according to the actual situation of the project,so as to achieve excellent results in engineering construction.Our company(GCMC company)has undertaken some intelligent urban engineering infrastructure projects in Heilongjiang province.In the process of supervision,the main contents of the work are quality control,investment control,progress control and safety management.Based on the actual situation of GCMC company,according to the problems found in the work,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of the existing supervision work process,so as to make the supervision work more standardized and scientific.This paper takes the on-site supervision of some intelligent urban engineering infrastructure projects in Heilongjiang Province as an example.Through the analysis of the current situation of the supervision process,the quality control of the project is listed.Construction materials inspection and supervision work.Concealment project supervision and management.Investment control during the construction stage.Supervision and control of engineering change.Progress control.Supervision and treatment of engineering quality accidents.Put forward the existing problems and optimize it.The optimized process of engineering quality control.According to the characteristics of the intelligent city project,the supervision visa in the project is increased,and the project is divided into modularization from the whole,which is beneficial to the input and use of the sub project.The process of repeated inspection of materials is simplified by the approved supervision work flow of the optimized construction material.The optimized covert project supervision work process reduces the work intensity of the staff in the field of supervision,and makes the personnel get the effective use.The investment control process is optimized at the construction stage,and the project is divided into many parts to relieve the capital pressure of the construction unit to ensure the completion of the project as scheduled.After the optimization of the engineering change supervision and control process,the non major changes are distinguished,and the simple change means have been adopted to avoid the delay of the project period.The optimized progress control process increases the control of the change of the project progress plan.After optimizing the work process of engineering quality accident.According to the characteristics of the intelligent city engineering,the processing flow of non-major quality accidents is simplified.After optimizing the process.This paper makes a prediction and Analysis on the optimization implementation and expected effect of the intelligent urban engineering infrastructure project.It is hoped that the optimized process can make the infrastructure construction of intelligent city better.
