| China began to implement construction and supervision mechanism on construction field at 1988, the construction and supervision management have entered into overall practice phase since 1996.since the issue and implementation of Construction Law in 1997,Chinese construction and supervision management has been brought into law path. After China participated into WTO, supervision of construction, as one of overall technical consultation and service industries, is opening the whole Chinese market to foreign countries and regions;it is also confronted with great challenges. This thesis analyses the major problems of quality control of construction supervision management in hydraulic engineering incorporating the current state of construction supervision management in ZheJiang Province, expatiates upon the content of quality control of hydraulic engineering, and discuss the mechanism of quality control of construction supervision. This thesis point out that the realization of engineering quality objective depends on the establishment of high-quality professional engineer group, perfect interior management and distribution mechanism of Supervision Corporation and effective procedure management in every engineering project.
