Along with the energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,the passenger car emissions,fuel consumption regulations more stringent in China.Simultaneously,consumers are increasingly diversified in their demand for automobile economy and power,the innovation and R&D of the automobile industry are facing great challenges.Engine as the source of power output of the car,vehicle core components,the traditional naturally aspirated engine has been gradually unable to meet market demand,some aspects of new energy power immature,short period of time can not be universal.In the transitional period,to carry out research and development and production of supercharged engine is of great significance.As a highly technical industry,automotive engine with the rapid development of science and technology,market for product development cycle,quality and cost have higher requirements in all aspects.At the same time,companies develop a new product process,to bear a lot of uncertainty and high-risk investment activities.Therefore,to ensure the success of new product development,it is very important to carry out the product development process management mode suitable for D Company.From various sectors to identify the impact of D company’s new product development of various factors,found in the D company’s new product development process,often there is a general project team building,imperfect management,inter departmental communication is not in place,product development process confusion,project risk control awareness is weak,product cost awareness of product developers and other obvious problems,lead to new product development delay,after entering the market quality,design problems frequently,the product can not meet the market demand,business development is gradually declining.For D company’s new product development process management problems,this article uses the collaborative method to optimize its process,from the various stages of new product development,all aspects of process management optimization,strengthen communication and collaboration among various functional departments,improve the process route,increase productivity,optimize product development process,speed up product development,emphasis on project risk management,quality improvement and cost control,enhance D company’s design,quality,technology and production,and other aspects of the synergy,improve the synergy of the entire process system.New product development process research for the company D 1.2T small displacement supercharged engine development is instructive,this is crucial to grasp the direction of the study.Therefore,in the implementation of D company before the optimization of product development and management processes,use network analysis method to evaluate the effect of process optimization.Combined with the actual situation of D company,according to the preset target requirements,determine D company new product development process management synergies index.After determining the indicator,in the form of a questionnaire,on the D company to participate in the development of new products in various sections responsible for the index scoring,thus you can get the weight of each indicator in the process management,From the qualitative and quantitative angle,the proposal’s feasibility is evaluated and confirmed.Process Optimization of Company 1.2T Low Displacement Supercharged Engine,although in the early stages of the project has made some achievements,however,there is a certain gap between theoretical guidance and practical operation,in the actual operation of the project still exposed some problems,various departments still have various resistances in their implementation.To ensure that the entire process management can continue to effectively guide D company for the development of new products,to ensure that the final development of the performance of the project to achieve the project set the initial goal,and in the process of new product development in time to find the shortcomings,revise the focus of work,this article also elaborates some of the safeguards that D company’s management process optimization program can implement,to ensure that the management process system can continue to effectively meet the D company’s business development requirements.
