Under the dual background of China's rapid economic growth and increasing environmental protection requirements,the demand for gas engineering construction has increased significantly,and gas engineering construction enterprises have ushered in a good historical development opportunity.However,due to the short development time and the relatively rigid management mechanism of state-owned enterprises,the management efficiency of China's gas engineering construction enterprises is not high.Some gas engineering construction enterprises are unreasonable and the management process is highly repetitive.Based on this,for the engineering construction management branch of Beijing Gas Group,there is a strong demand for process reengineering and process optimization.The paper analyzes the concept and principle of process reengineering,and believes that the reengineering of gas engineering construction management process needs to follow the principles of separation of supervision,practicability,emphasis,integrity,and continuity;and use case analysis method to be under the Beijing Gas Group.The engineering construction management process of the engineering construction management branch is a case,and the process reengineering problems such as project entrustment,demolition management,contract management,engineering change,transfer settlement,etc.are discussed.The research finds that most management problems are business processes.Issues,including work standards,work relationships,and job responsibilities.Most of the problems in the gas engineering construction business are due to the unclear division of the responsibility interface,the imperfect business process and disposal standards,and the unsatisfactory process.We have solved this through research and process reengineering.The research results show that the process reengineering of the gas engineering construction management company is necessary and feasible,and through the process reengineering,the management structure is streamlined,the operation time of the gas engineering business chain is shortened,and the efficiency of gas engineering management is promoted.It will contribute to the sustainable development of China's gas engineering construction industry.According to the current situation and development needs of Beijing Gas Group's engineering construction management,in the process of process reengineering,the top-level design,including determining the management model,re-division of departmental responsibilities,strengthening key link management and control,etc.,on this basis,the entire process system Rebuild and update.This paper focuses on the analysis of process issues such as project entrustment,demolition management,contract management,engineering change,transfer settlement,etc.,and proposes thinking and solutions for process reengineering.And implemented into the specific implementation of the program.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the development of the times,the results of the process reengineering are solidified through the construction of the information system.Whether it is from the perspective of theoretical exploration or practical application,it draws a new chapter for the future development of gas engineering construction enterprises.
