The research and application of civil engineering structure vibration control has been a history of nearly 50 years,the control research and practical application in general can be divided into three areas: base isolation,passive vibration isolation and active energy,the semi-active and intelligent control.In recent years,along with the rapid development of construction industry in our country,high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings springing up across the country and the world scope,and become the landmark of the city.At the same time,the global plate is in the midst of the seismic peak period,it can be seen that research value and prospect of structural vibration control is still optimistic.Considering the active and semi-active control methods of intelligent control and real-time measurement of the structure of the reaction or environmental interference,the control algorithm need to precise structure model based on arithmetic or decision or need installed on the structure of the optimal control of the actuator can output great external energy to achieve the control factors,such as in general more difficult to implement in practical engineering.And in this paper,we study the passive control system does not require any external energy input can achieve the vibration control of structure,variety,and damper in structural vibration control has its own advantages,has obvious advantages in practical engineering use.This paper focuses on the passive energy dissipation damping the vibration reduction method of the tuned mass damper through setting according to the results of modal analysis on the structure along the height direction of the layout structure of structures-tuned mass dampers(DMTMD)to change the structure of the vibration frequency,adjust its near to the main structure of frequency,change the structure resonance characteristics,realize the earthquake under the action of high-rise building structure vibration control.Article USES the international public platform Benchmark model of structural vibration control,using nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYS to stage 3 20 layer steel frame aseismic structure in finite element modeling,through the modal analysis results verify the correctness of the model.According to the results of modal analysis this paper carried out the following research work:(1)to introduce the main steps of the modeling of the Benchmark finite element model,and gives the structure according to the natural frequency of vibration along the height direction-DMTMD individually installed with multiple tuned mass damper design principle and method.(2)the quality of a single concentrated damper-STMD,scattered on the top of uniform arrangement-MTMD and multiple tuned mass damper structure according to the natural frequency of vibration along the height direction-DMTMD individually installed with multiple tuned mass dampers under three after processing of field seismic wave to control index for the standard,compare the three kinds of control strategy of vibration control effect.As well as to the two different DMTMD design method are introduced,given the two DMTMD design method under the vibration control effect of contrast.(3)the DMTMD robustness analysis of single factor and multiple factors.And with a single lumped mass damper-STMD,the top scattered arrangement of multiple tuned mass dampers-MTMD robustness longitudinal comparison.The results showed that the three kinds of TMD layout have certain shock effect,among them in accordance with the principle of quality control damper design and according to the structural natural frequencies along the height direction-MTMDS individually installed with multiple tuned mass dampers optimal control effect and robust.In effect reduce the top on the maximum displacement and maximum acceleration of the structure stability,the reduce the bottom on the maximum shear of the structure has a prominent advantage,can effectively avoid structures such as concrete walls and columns,the main structure of the cracking to resist lateral force,at the same time be able to beam crack width limit within the scope of the rules.In general according to the structure of the natural frequency of vibration-DMTMD individually installed with multiple tuned mass damper passive control method is a convenient and feasible,good robustness and control effect is stable and effective.This method effectively solves the single TMD control system-STMD and scattered on the top is decorated MTMD is sensitive to the frequency of the structure,load and its,on-site installation when the damper is big lifting weight,narrow the top of the site construction difficult problems,etc.
