In this paper,the structure and research results of the domestic electric crossing frame are summarized.Aiming at the characteristics of the load and structure and the shortcomings of the traditional crossing,a new type of self-elevating rotatable crossing frame with shape steel as the main material is proposed and designed.At the same time,the design and finite element analysis of the key nodes of the electric crossing are carried out.The standard section is the main component of the frame,and its mechanical property analysis is carried out.Refer to the specifications and structure forms of the traditional electric crossing frame,a new type of self-elevating and rotatable cross frame were established.The type of the designed self-elevating type cross frame is selected and the wind load of the structure is calculated.Using a variety of Angle steel section and conventional steel pipe section as the main material of the cross frame,finite element software is used to establish the finite element model of the self-elevating crossing frame.Finite element analysis of the overall structure of the arm frame is carried out according to the typical working conditions,theoretical research on the mechanical properties and bearing characteristics of the self-elevating crossing frame is carried out to ensure that the strength,stiffness and stability of the crossing frame are within the allowable range.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the safety of the structure,a finite element analysis is carried out on the key nodes to obtain the bearing capacity of the nodes.Through numerical simulation analysis,it is shown that the new type of crossing frame are better than the traditional ones in terms of structural strength,stiffness and overall stability.The new type of crossing is also superior to traditional crossing frame in economy.The research results in this paper are of great theoretical significance for the design and research direction of the crossing frame in the future,and have important practical guidance and engineering application value for stride over the line construction.
