In recent years,the bridge construction is developing rapidly in our country,but the bridge construction management department generally pays attention to the early design and construction of the bridge only,and less concerned about the maintenance of the concrete bridges in maintaining,especially the preventive maintenance,so that the durability and the bearing capacity of many bridge structures are not enough due to the disease being not discovered or processed in time.If preventive maintenance is carried out regularly before the bridge structure is damaged.It not only can delay the bridge repair or overhaul time,prolong the service life of the bridge,save the cost,but also can improve the overall service level of the bridge.Therefore,bridge management departments need to do preventive maintain for existing bridges urgently,an accurate,scientific and rational evaluation of the technical status of the bridge structure is the precondition for the preventive maintenance.Therefore,in this paper,the technical status assessment and preventive maintenance of concrete beam bridge were studied as following in view of the defects of bridge technical status assessment method,the preventive maintenance time and the uncertainty after the maintenance evaluation based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status.(1)Starting from the disease classification of concrete beam bridge,on the basis of the two kinds of performance which were durability and normal uses,the bridge disease is reclassified according to the basic composition of the bridge and the severity of the disease.The classification of the new diseases is more detailed to the division of bridge disease,and it laid a foundation for the assessment of the bridge technical condition in the next step.(2)Based on the new bridge disease classification and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a new technical condition evaluation model is established,which has a positive impact on improving the accuracy of bridge technical evaluation results.Then,the model is used to evaluate the technical condition of a highway bridge in Henan province to verify the accuracy and rationality of the model.(3)From the two aspects of preventive maintenance and post maintenance evaluation,the preventive maintenance is analyzed and studied.Through the optimization and analysis of the three factors,the technical condition of the bridge,the maintenance cost and the maintenance effect,the best time for the preventive maintenance of the bridge was obtained.Through the use of grey multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the effect after preventive maintenance,and using engineering examples to show that the technical theory of preventive maintenance in this paper has certain guiding significance for practical engineering.
