Bridge preventive maintenance is the bridge maintenance without disease or non-structural disease.Compared with traditional maintenance,preventive maintenance of bridge has the advantages of reducing maintenance funds,extending service life and improving service level of bridge.China's preventive maintenance of bridges is relatively slower than foreign,and there are still many problems such as: the content of preventive maintenance is not clear,and the maintenance policy is not perfect.This program mainly studies the preventive maintenance content,countermeasures and the timing of preventive maintenance of the ready-made prefabricated simply supported beam bridges in Beijing,in order to improve the service life and service level of existing bridges in Beijing.This topic has conducted a questionnaire survey on relevant units and summarized the views of relevant personnel on preventive maintenance of bridges.By referring to the existing preventive maintenance achievements of bridges at home and abroad,the common diseases and causes of the existing fabricated bridges are summarized,and combined with the existing bridge maintenance methods and the actual situation of the bridges in Beijing,the comprehensive fit is given.The preventive maintenance content,countermeasures and timing of the fabricated simple-supported beam bridge in Beijing,and related experimental research on the most commonly used bridge coatings in bridge preventive maintenance methods.At present,the commonly used anticorrosive coatings on bridges are divided into three types according to the action mechanism: film forming type,osmosis type and composite type.In order to understand the best effect of the type of anticorrosion coating during the use of the bridge,relevant experimental research on the main factors affecting the effect of the anti-corrosion coating is carried out.There are two main factors affecting the effect of anti-corrosion coatings,namely load and aging.This program mainly research the effects of load and aging on the properties of coatings.The effect of aging on coating properties is mainly the effect of chloride resistance.It was found that the anti-seepage performance of film-forming and composite anti-seepage coatings decreased more than that of permeable anti-seepage coatings after loading or aging.According to the various influence factors on the influence of different coating effect,make a comprehensive consideration,as the bridge flexural member using infiltration of anticorrosion coating of its protective effect is better,for bridge compression member,such as: table and piers using composite coating is better,for is not affected by load and the ageing effect component USES the infiltration of anticorrosion coating protective effect is better.
