Study On The Inclusive View Of Urban Village Renewal Illustrated By The Case Of Kaifeng

Since the development of reform and opening to the outside world,the rapid development of urbanization and its problems have become a serious challenge to our country.As a result of the rapid and fast speed brought by urbanization,the expansion of urban space has surrounded or annexed the surrounding village,it led to "villages in the city".Traditional urban village reconstruction always pays too much attention to the location and economic benefit of the village,that will have instant effect by adopting the "one-sizefits-all" transformation,at the same time it brings a series of problems: the architectural space environment changes dramatically,the space form is the same,lacks the characteristic;social public resources and facilities lack reasonable and effective configuration;,it is easy that urban renewal completes the land urbanization,ignoring the villagers’ transformation from rural to urban and the integration of external migrants.The article is based on the inclusive concept to guide the urban village renewal design.The concept of inclusiveness originated in the field of economics,it attaches importance to urban and rural coordination,the all-round development and needs of people,and reflect social care and fairness and justice.With the proposal of "New-type Urbanization",the current urbanization pays more attention to people-oriented,equitable sharing and promoting equalization of basic service facilities,therefore,the 13 th Five-Year Plan period will be a crucial period for promoting inclusive development,the village is the transitional stage in the urbanization process,the urban villages study based on inclusive perspective conforms to the implementation of the current policy concept,and embodies the scientific transformation of planning concepts and methods.Based on the diversity and balance of urban villages,the inclusive concept analyzed the physical and nonphysical dimensions of the urban village(social economy,history and culture,community management),it proposed the inclusion of the city’s villages in terms of renewal,renewal targets and renewal principles,from the architectural space,the social economy,the historical culture,the community management four aspects put forward the renewal strategy,the architectural space level is the guidance and control of macro-spatial development,the integration and updating of the meso-level environment space and the preservation and demolition of the micro-level buildings,non-architectural space level is updated mainly from the diversification of social economy,the inheritance of historical culture and the establishment of new type of community.Therefore,we can complete the integration of the multi-stakeholder in the village,the organic renewal of the village,the integration of history and the future,and the coordination between the village and the city.The article is based on Kaifeng area,article analyzed the overall situation and development history of Kaifeng city village,and choose Xinzhuang village and Dulegang village the village o as the research object.Through the renewal research and exploration of Xinzhuang village and Dulegang village,the author hopes the research of this thesis can be helpful to the construction of village in Xi ’an and useful to help blending urban villages into cities.
