Study On Renewal Design Of Shenzhen City Village Under The New And Old Symbiosis Concept

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,many urban villages have been formed,which are regarded as "chronic diseases of cities".As a special form of urban development in Shenzhen,the spontaneous high urbanization of villages in the city has made it a part of Shenzhen’s urban development.Due to the lack of relative management and planning,many social contradictions have arisen in urban villages.Since the late 1990 s,the renewal of urban villages has been an important part of urban development plans.In the process of urbanization,the history and culture of urban villages are also facing a situation of destruction.On the one hand,the inevitable construction of new buildings in the process of urban development,on the other hand,the necessary protection of historical and cultural buildings,how to balance between "new" and "old" is the focus of this paper.Aiming at resolving the conflict between urban expansion and cultural inheritance in urban village renewal,this paper summarizes the theory of urban renewal,the theory of new and old symbiosis renewal,and summarizes nearly 30 cases of old city renewal in China.It puts forward the renewal method of constructing new and old symbiosis system,and obtains the feasible strategy of urban village renewal,which is coprosperous with historical protection and modernization development.The chapter is divided into three parts:Questions: This part first puts forward the necessity of urban village renewal in the process of urbanization through background analysis,then points out the necessity of historical and cultural protection in the process of renewal,and finally puts forward the important influence of the symbiosis of old and new in urban village renewal on urban development.Analytical problems: The basic literature review obtains the theoretical research on the symbiosis of old and new,the renewal of old cities and the protection of history and culture from the perspective of various disciplines.Then,through the analysis of specific cases,the renewal methods are sorted out and classified to get the concrete renewal means at the architectural level.Combining the field survey and questionnaire survey,the contradiction of the site itself is analyzed,and the design strategy is summarized.Problem solving: Based on the above analysis of the existing theory,the new and old symbiosis theory system mainly includes goal setting,design principles and strategy connotation.Mutual benefit and win-win among the three parties is the core idea of the old and new symbiosis theory.Authenticity,integrity,dynamics and symbiosis are the four basic principles.Spatial function,formal characteristics and human life are the strategic connotation.Taking Wangmu Village in Shenzhen as an example,this paper puts forward the existing problems through the analysis of the site background and current situation,and obtains the historical value classification of Wangmu Village’s buildings by analytic hierarchy process,and proposes different renewal methods for different types of buildings.Finally,from macro to micro,the connotation of strategy is transformed into the symbiosis of new and old space,the symbiosis of new and old buildings and the symbiosis of new and old buildings corresponding to the operational level of architecture.Three parts of the symbiosis between the old and the new,and finally come to the renewal design scheme of the village in the city based on the new and old symbiosis concept,thus confirming the appeal strategy.
