Research On Architectural Space And Renewal In Xiamen Urban Village Based On Urban Informality

With the wave of reform and opening up,the urbanization rate of Xiamen city has expanded rapidly,and the city has experienced a disruptive change in spatial landscape.Under the influence of urbanization and dual ownership structure,the urban villages surrounded by the city have become heterogeneous and isolated islands.The change from increment to stock optimization makes the urban village space one of the research and practice objects of urban renewal.Under the impetus of spatial interests and power games,the demolition,reconstruction and comprehensive arrangement led by the government and developers make the urban village renewal gradually evolve into more intense human-land conflicts and social conflicts.The organic integration between the urban village and the city becomes a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently.The study of urban informality is a rethinking of social space and social scenes,a search for spontaneous and evolutionary laws of things or behaviors,an objective description of daily life and existing things,and an emphasis on order expression outside the system.Urban village is one of the important space places for urban informality research.Its internal space order and social structure show its complex public space form and rich public life scenes at the emergence stage,which is the material basis for cultural inheritance and historical memory,and becomes the key to create the value of urban life.At the same time,the study and renewal of urban village started late at the present stage in China due to the informality of cities,with few achievements.Therefore,there is an irreplaceable positive value between urban informality and villages in the city,which is not only seeking another perspective to see urban village,but also an objective scientific supplement to theoretical practice.This paper has experienced a workflow from theoretical research to practical application.Based on the research of architecture and urban design under the theory of urban informality,supported by theoretical knowledge such as phenomenology and sociology,and through the combination of relevant theories and urban renewal cases,the urban villages in Xiamen,which are dominated by urban informality,are integrated,classified and sampled through spatial dominance,and their public space and public life are deeply investigated from the perspective of informality.Through analogy,this paper sums up the spatial characteristics of villages in Xiamen and the behavior characteristics of the population,and summarizes the microscopic and macroscopic problems faced by villages in the city in the emergence stage from the perspective of community space and urban space.Based on this,it puts forward the applicable strategies for creating and updating informal space.In the construction and renovation of Fengtou Community's space,from the perspective of material space and cultural foundation,the activation and renovation strategy for functional formats,boundary space,internal space and regional culture is put forward to find the development mode of symbiosis and sharing between urban villages and cities.In this way,the research results and practical experience are summarized,which can provide references and references for the follow-up research on urban village regeneration and construction.
