The Study Of BIM In Cost Management Of Highway Engineering Decision Disign Stage

Project cost management is one of the key issues in project management.The traditional cost management of highway projects focuses on the project construction phase,making the project investment amount inaccurate.The “three budgets” of“calculation budget,budget over-estimation,and budget over estimation” appear.The phenomenon occurs from time to time.In order to ensure engineering benefits and reduce the waste of resources,project cost management must be strengthened,especially in the decision-making stage,which accounts for about 75% of the impact.At present,the method of strengthening the cost management in the decision-making stage is mainly to optimize the design scheme,improve the accuracy of the quantity calculation,and implement the limit design.In order to better manage the cost of the highway engineering decision-making stage,BIM technology needs to be introduced.The development of BIM technology in the traditional construction industry has become more frequent and has had a profound influence on the entire construction industry,which has greatly increased the level of informationization in the construction field.However,in China's highway industry,the application of BIM technology is still at a preliminary stage.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,relevance,consistency,etc.It is based on three-dimensional digital technology,integrates various information in project engineering,can visually select lines in the decision-making stage,and can optimize the design scheme at the design stage,achieving rapid and accurate The amount of engineering statistics.Therefore,the combination of BIM technology and highway project cost management will help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making stage control.This paper firstly introduces the concept and status of cost management in the decision-making stage of highway engineering,and the methods to solve the corresponding problems through the research on domestic and foreign documents.Based on this,the BIM technology is introduced to introduce the concept,features,and software of BIIM technology.Combining the BIM technology with the cost management of the decision-making phase of the highway engineering project,and proposed the advantages: visualizing the route selection,optimizing the design,improving the statistical level of the project volume,and designing the quota.Then the paper uses Civil-3D and PowerCivil software to model and analyze through the Linzhou project and the Interchange Project of Minan Village,respectively,to study the feasibility of the application of BIM technology in the decision-making stage.Finally,it is put forward that in the future,when BIM technology is fully applied to highway engineering projects,BIM has become a special “engineer”.The data of highway engineering is accurate and the development is perfect.
