With the development of our country's economy,dramatic increase in vehicles,increasingly congested urban traffic,and the scarce and expensive land as well,underground traffic is becoming more and more favorable in many large cities because of advantages,such as small occupation of land,less traffic interference.However,due to the influence of hydro-geological conditions,the surrounding environment and the differences in the level of security risk control in the construction of urban rail transit project,safety accidents occurred during the construction stage.Hefei Metro Line 1 started in August in 2009,and the control of security and risk is in the exploratory stage.In this paper,the author firstly investigates the current situation of the informatization construction of domestic engineering construction and rail transit projects,and points out the inadequacies of informationization in the current construction of rail transit projects.Combining with the characteristics of the construction of urban rail transit projects in Hefei,this paper proposes the necessity of informatization construction of security risk control and its major research methods.Then,the paper focuses on the construction of the information platform for the security risk control of Hefei rail transit,with Hefei Metro Line 2 as the research object.Based on principles,such as paperless and convenient office documents,staff's complete participation in security control,process control of visualization,significant function of monitoring and measurement in rail transit,dynamic security risk control,timely early warning,etc,combined with security risk control system of Hefei rail transit and absorption of advanced experience and achievements of security risk control informatization in engineering constructions,the paper proposes to establish an information platform for security and risk control with Hefei rail transit characteristics,which consists of different user layout,document system,video monitoring module,data management module,risk management module,pre-alarm management module,and some auxiliary control modules.Next,it introduces the main progressiveness and innovation of the information platform,and makes a detailed explanation on its advanced risk warning system,comprehensive and fast data analysis and CAD graphics interaction display,efficient information interoperability and resource sharing.Then,according to the operation of the security risk information platform,it introduces some typical cases in the application of security risk informatization.Through dynamic information control,the risk is eliminated in time,and the construction safety is ensured.Finally,the application effect of the platform is evaluated from the aspects of implementation of security risk informatization management realized by big data technology,setting up warning index system and work standards with local characteristics,efficient enhancement of major risk prediction,economic benefits and social benefits already achieved,etc.
