Urban Rail Transit (URT) system is a dynamic large-scale system,along with theexpanding of URT line network, its operation raises higher requirement to informationsharing and safety guarantee of the system. Starting from the emergency safety guarantee ofline network platform, this dissertation analyses the disadvantage of exist emergencycoordination center of URT line network, and draws out the following research emphasis ofthis dissertation.To deal the problems of safety assessment of URT line network, The research starts withsafety of URT line network’s three staging structure, analyses various granularity factorwhich effects safety of URT line network, draws out a safety assessment model of URT linenetwork, which facing multi-granularity. For safety assessment and operation management,the difference between line network and line is the interaction and linkage among networkstation point. In view of this, three kind of relational degree model: station relational degreemodel, line relational degree model and line network relational degree model are presented inthis dissertation to support method of line network safety assessment. For the method ofsafety assessment, this dissertation combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method withfuzzy decision to realize the integrated safety assessment of URT line network, and predictsclassification evolution&gradation of emergency event in URT line network by applyingMarkov analysis theory, proposes the method of closed-loop feedback to modify and enrichexperts knowledge-base dynamically. All of above make safety assessment of URT linenetwork and classification&gradation of unexpected emergency further accurate andreasonable, and provide the basis for emergency resource and emergency plan’s automaticgeneration.To deal the automatic generation of emergency disposal after safety assessment of URTline network, this dissertation uses ABC Ontology as primitive Ontology, enriches thevocabulary in the field of URT line Network, establishes Ontology based emergency plan ofURT line network, uses OWL ontology describing language and RDF to describe emergencyplan of URT network. In the end, the automatic generation model is proposed.To deal the different consistency¤cy requirements for different emergencyinformation in safety assessment of URT line network, in this dissertation, a kind ofinformation disseminating mechanism is presented based on Push and Pull approach. Themajor conclusion is that, based on present resource and desired currency of data item, theapproach of combination Push with Pull can fit for both stringent coherency requirements fordata item and less stringent coherency requirements for data item by optimizing the parameter dynamically. The approach can better meet requirements of different informationin URT line network.To deal the large-size in safety assessment、emergency decision and emergency disposalof URT line network, this dissertation gives a cloud service mode; and models a large-sizedata processing task scheduling of URT line network in the cloud, which is optimized byusing a new scheduling algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) in order todecrease task scheduling length and resource rent cost. The simulation results show thatscheduling length in a cloud environment is shorter than that in a non-cloud environmentwhen data processing task is not such larger, while with the increase of the data processingtask, scheduling length in both environment all increased, and scheduling length increase to avery large-scale when data processing task increased beyond the calculating ability ofnon-cloud environment algorithm, while scheduling length changes in cloud environment isnot apparent, all these show that cloud environment is suitable for large-scale data processingtask.Finally, the design of emergency security platform of URT line network is given and therealization of emergency disposal subsystem is proposed in this dissertation.
