| With the rapid development of cities, the scale of land use has continued to expand, and a series of problems have emerged, such as the inefficiency of traffic and traffic, the low livability of neighborhoods, the lack of vitality, and the lack of sense of belonging in the neighborhood.Strengthening the planning and construction of small-scale neighborhoods is an important task for cracking down on urban diseases under large-scale construction, and is an important direction for improving urban governance and strengthening urban fine management.Daily life service facilities,as a destination for street residents to walk on a daily basis, carry the cultural needs of the mass entertainment, and their walkability is an important measure of convenience for residents, equalization of public services, environmental friendliness, and vitality. At present, the quantitative analysis of walkability measures based on daily service facilities in China is still in its infancy.Based on this, through the analysis of walkability evaluation, the problem of resource allocation is found and it is of practical significance to the study of the future pedestrian planning. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into two parts. One is the construction and calculation of the pedestrian index model of Jianlan Road, and the second is the validation and overlay analysis of the results of the pedestrian index from different ages and population distribution perspectives. In the first part of the research, the first is to sort out the theoretical results of the current research status of domestic and international walkability. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various walkability measurement methods, the “walking index” is selected as the walkability evaluation method.By comparing the differences in the urban spatial structure, street scale, and residents’ walking and travel habits between North America and China,we propose that the pedestrian index method be adaptively optimized. The selected Jianlan Road is a research area.Based on the classification of the North American pedestrian index facilities, combined with the relevant standards of China’s facility classification and the living habits of residents in Lanzhou, the daily service facility classification table is modified and the diversity value of the facilities is determined;the map API is used to obtain POI data, simulated the best walking route, adjusted the walking tolerance time and walking attenuation coefficient, grasped the law of walking attenuation, and quantitatively evaluated the three measure correction indexes of road intersection density, street length, and walking space barrier;the adjustment was based on the entrances and exits of various communities. From the starting point, determine the scoring principle of the walkability of the facility;take the optimized walk attenuation coefficient, facility weight, and correction index into the pedestrian index model to calculate, obtain the single-point walking index of each travel point, and adopt the inverse distance spatial interpolation method.Draw the Jianlan Road street area walking index.Secondly, verification verification is carried out from both non-spatial and spatial perspectives of demand satisfaction in different age groups and the spatial distribution of the population.Comparing average walking scores and overall average scores of all age groups, understanding the residents’ satisfaction with walkability of the facilities and checking the walking index;coupling the spatial pattern of the population and spatial distribution of facilities, evaluating the level of social service functions of service facilities, and reflecting the pedestrian index and residents The degree of matching of walking activities. Finally, based on an analysis of the walkability of Jianlan Road’s streets,we optimized the reforms for the problems existing in the streets of Jianlan Road and summed up experience from successes to provide application ideas for the development and construction of small blocks. |
