Research On Spatial Distribution Of Daily Service Facilities In Chongqing Based On Poi Data

With the increasing pedestrian-vehicle conflict,people are paying more and more attention to the walkability of the city.Walking has important social significance and economic benefits.As a destination for pedestrian trips,the reasonable distribution of people’s use of facilities can improve the rate of walking and has great significance for intensive resource,pollution reduction,and health improvement of residents.In recent years,with the rapid development of the network,big data analysis is gradually favored by scholars.There are many measures of walkability.The "Walk Score",one of them,has been recognized by most scholars at home and abroad.Because the spatial distribution of people’s use facilities in the areas with high scores is relatively mature.At present,the daily service facilities which are involved in the community public service facilities configuration in China are limited.The analysis of daily service facility distribution based on POI data mainly summarizes the overall spatial distribution of facilities in the city from a macro perspective,and it lacks comprehensive and microscopic analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of facilities.Based on the POI data,this paper has quantitative research on 14 sample points that have a higher Walk Score in Chongqing main urban area.Using the mathematical statistics analysis and observational identification to analyze the number of daily service facilities,aggregation and dispersion characteristics,location features,and correlation feature.The paper comes to the regular table of daily service spatial distribution combined with the Frequency of utilization of daily service facilities.Finally,through the empirical cases to illustrate the application of layout laws,and verify the reasonableness of spatial layout laws of facilities through the optimized “Walk Score”.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Chapter 2 summarizes the analysis conclusions of daily service facilities distribution characteristics of domestic cities based on POI dataChapter 3 conducts a quantitative study on the spatial distribution characteristics of daily service facilities in Chongqing main urban area.It sums up the regular table of daily service spatial distribution,and comes to the main conclusions: 1)The facilities’ proportion of shopping,life service,and catering facilities is relatively higher than the others cities in China.2)There are differences in the types and quantity of facilities in different functional areas.3)The facilities with different types have differences in dispersion,clustering,location,and correlation.4)There are differences in the relevance of facilities between different cities.5)If the strength of influence between the facility distribution is different,the priority of distribution will be different.Chapter 4 has illustrated the application of the spatial distribution rules of facilities in facilities’ supplement of the areas which have been built through the analysis of the site selection of supermarket in Yubei District and the site selection of beauty and hair salon in Shiqiaopu District.It also has illustrated the application of the facilities’ spatial distribution rules in the facilities distribution of incomplete regional through the layout plan of Yuelai New City’s service facilities,and verify the feasibility and rationality of daily service facilities’ spatial distribution.
