| In the project investment decision-making stage,the project investment estimation is the most crucial factor.Only a reasonable estimate of project investment,can guide the effective control of the entire process of cost control.Therefore,how to estimate the cost of the proposed project quickly and accurately is not only a key issue to be discussed in the cost management,but also a key element in the decision-making of the auxiliary project.How to do a quick and accurate estimation of the proposed project is a big problem today.In response to this problem,this paper presents a research framework and content on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to the field,drawing on the theory and practice of engineering cost at home and abroad.First of all,based on a large amount of literature research and systematic review of the theoretical knowledge of project investment estimation,the traditional calculation methods of investment estimation and the modern mathematical model method are summarized.Then,based on the systematic analysis of fuzzy mathematics related theories,we construct the fuzzy mathematics estimation model and collect the historical data of completed works,and then substitute them into the constructed model to prove the feasibility of the model.Finally,combining the fuzzy mathematics estimation model and the financial knowledge related to project management,we build an expert estimation system platform to provide a reliable basis for the managers to make the correct decision.The innovation of this paper lies in the comparison of the traditional investment estimation methods and the modern mathematical estimation methods,and the conclusions that the fuzzy mathematical estimation models are more applicable and research value are reached.After that,we set up the fuzzy mathematics estimation model as the starting point,and on this basis,we use the market comparison method to get the estimated value.Finally,this article further proposed the construction of expert estimation system.The realization of expert estimation system has important theoretical and practical significance to engineering management in construction industry. |
