Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the electronic cleaning industry,industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Clean plant construction companies must transform to EPC business in order to occupy a place in the electronic clean market.The cost estimation in the early stage of the project is an important basis for project decision-making and the basis of cost management in the later period of the project.How to quickly and accurately estimate the cost of the proposed project has become a major problem that enterprises urgently need to solve.In this paper,based on the current situation of cost estimation of Z Company and research theory and application results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the project cost estimation,the fuzzy mathematics theory is applied to cost estimation to build cost estimation model.The first step is to classify the electronic clean workshop according to the product types produced by the electronic clean workshop,and then decompose the electronic clean workshop project into 9sub-projects according to the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),so as to facilitate the rapid search of similar projects,and at the same time it overcomes the Z company’s The problem of incomplete cost data for some projects;The second step is to use sub-projects as units to establish a cost estimation model based on fuzzy mathematics to collect historical project data and substitute it into the model to realize the cost estimation of the sub-projects.Finally,the various sub-projects of cost estimation of the project is summarized as total cost estimation of the proposed project.This paper takes a recently completed large-scale TFT-LCD panel project as the research object,and uses this model to estimate its cost.Although the deviation rate of the cost estimation of some subprojects is between 5%-10%,the final overall estimated price deviation does not exceed 5%,which verifies that the model can be applied to the cost estimation of electronic clean plants.The cost estimation model based on fuzzy mathematics method proposed in this paper is more accurate than the traditional cost estimation method.The historical project experience data obtained with the highest degree of closeness also has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of the proposed project.It provides new ideas in the practice of project cost estimation for Z Company.
