Waste incineration power generation technology is the main trend of municipal solid waste treatment,because of the complex and volatile waste components,high temperature flue gas generated by waste incineration contains a variety of acid gases,salt vapor,as well as a large number of fly ash carried by flue gas In the process of power generation,if the temperature of superheated steam is raised during power generation,the power generation efficiency can be improved,but the generation of pollutants in the incineration and the corrosion of metal heating surface are getting more and more attention.But also may cause severe corrosion of the boiler pipe,so the choice of pipe and its protective measures has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the surface protection technologies commonly used in MSW incineration are summarized,including ceramic patch,surfacing,thermal spraying and laser cladding,and their respective technical characteristics and application prospects are also analyzed.In this paper,The working environment of the boiler waterwall area was compared with the corrosion resistant material C276 of TP347H stainless steel and corrosion-resistant material commonly used in incinerators.The corrosion reagent was a KCl,NaCl,K2SO4,Na2SO4 solid mixture with different proportions,which were used to simulate Different rubbish corrosive environment.In order to systematically study the corrosion mechanism of the two materials,the isothermal corrosion experiment was carried out at 500 ?,550 ?,600 ?,the corrosion period was 12 hours,a total of 72 hours corrosion experiment.The corrosion resistance of each material was characterized by weight loss during the experiment.The morphology and composition of the corrosion products were observed and analyzed with a scanning electron microscope.The results of the corrosion results and corrosion mechanism were exhaustively elaborated in the paper.Results It shows that C276 alloy is a good anti-corrosion material for the water wall tube of MSW incinerator.However,the C276 component needs to be improved as a coating material for the superheater tube.
