With the consumption and depletion of traditional fossil fuels and the increasing urban air pollution, the electric vehicle industry is one of the effective measures to effectively relieve urban air pollution and improve the utilization rate of clean energy. It has won the strong support of governments of various countries and recognition from automobile users. While the volume of EVs has increased rapidly, many parking lots in shopping mall and residential area have also followed the configuration of EV charging facilities.Constrained by the installation cost and management, the number of charging piles installed in the mall parking lot is limited, and the phenomenon of random parking leads to the situation that the parking spaces with charging piles are occupied by ordinary cars, and the utilization rate of the charging piles is not guaranteed.Due to the limitation of the distribution capacity of the old residential area and the available charging load during the peak period, the charging piles can not reach the status of all in work.Unreasonable queuing rules reduce the completion rate and satisfaction rate of charging. Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the management strategy of electric vehicle charging and to resolve the contradiction between the charging requirements of vehicle owners and the power supply capabilities of charging facilities. This paper mainly focus on the following aspects:(1)According to the different charging modes of electric vehicles, this paper established the electric vehicle travel models in different situations, including travel time distribution model, return time distribution model and charging behavior model.Firstly, the travel and return data and distance distribution data of electric vehicle are analyzed and calculated, and the normal distribution model is used to simulate the travel model and return model. Then, for different cases, electric vehicle charging model was established.(2)A punished parking model is proposed for the mall parking lot.First of all,set the static punishment parking rules, common car occupied charging parking spaces, directly punished with several times of parking fee. When fully charged, electric vehicles still occupied the charging parking spaces is also punished as previous situation. Then set dynamic parking rules, the situation of punishment is the same as static punishment parking rules. What is different is that when abnormal parking occurs, the parking fee increases linearly to several times in the first half hour, and then is punished as much as the final price.Finally.we compared the charging pile utilization, parking fees and charging costs under non-punishing parking, static parking punishment and dynamic parking pumishment strategies.(3)For residential area parking lot,a strategy based on TOPSIS sorting method and contains V2G mode ordered charging model was proposed.First of all,we simulate the six cases of orderly and disorderly charging under the three kinds of tactics of charging only in the valley of electricity price, charging in the normal price and valley time, and charging in all period, and compare the charging completion rate, charging amount, load fluctuations and other indicators. Then, choose a period strategy that charges only during valley time and add V2G mode for simulation. Finally,we compared the various indicators under a variety of orderly charging strategies.
