| The development of global industrialization intensifies the demand for energy.Energy problem is a major problem that the society needs to face today.As a pollution-free and inexhaustible green energy,wind energy is being developed and utilized by all countries in the world.With the rapid development of wind power,the high cost of operation and maintenance of wind turbines has affected the economic benefits of wind farms.Due to the harsh natural environment and complex generator sets and power electronic devices and other factors,wind power generation equipment is easily damaged.The real-time and reliable monitoring of the lubrication state of the wind turbine will help to prevent the occurrence of serious accidents,reduce the operating cost of the wind turbine and improve the production efficiency of the wind power generation.In this paper,ZigBee technology is used to build wireless sensor network and combined with GPRS communication technology,a remote on-line monitoring system for centralized lubrication of wind turbines is designed.The main research contents of this paper include four parts:(1)According to the actual working condition of the wind turbine,the main lubricating parts of the wind turbine are determined,including the main shaft bearing of the generator,the variable propeller bearing and the yaw bearing.The structure and working condition of the double line centralized lubrication system and the progressive centralized lubrication system are compared and analyzed.The progressive centralized lubrication system is selected according to the characteristics of the lube system of the wind turbine.(2)According to the actual operation of wind turbines,a wireless sensor network based on ZigBee technology and a remote monitoring system based on GPRS communication technology are designed.The main monitoring parameters of the system include the temperature of the environment,the lubricating oil temperature of the spindle bearing,thelubricating oil temperature of the rotor bearing,the temperature of the yaw bearing lubricating oil,the size of the particles,the percentage of water,the viscosity,the average wind speed,the speed of the wind wheel,the motor speed,the voltage,the current and the work rate.(3)Select the Arduino development platform based on AVR microcontroller,use the Arduino UNO R3 connection sensor as the terminal data acquisition part,XBee as a wireless transmission module based on ZigBee technology,Arduino MEGA 2560 for data collection,and SIM900 and PC based on TCP protocol based remote data transmission.The data transmission between the terminal acquisition system and the remote host computer is set up,and the remote on-line monitoring of the centralized lubrication system of the wind turbine and the operating state of the unit is realized.(4)According to the needs of the actual monitoring of the wind turbine,the upper computer detection system based on LabVIEW is programmed and designed.The graphical display interface of the software is used to display the parameters of the real-time acquisition of the lower computer.It can realize user login,parameter reception,data display,monitoring data storage,selecting time period query data,and publishing WEB remote panel functions. |
