In recent years,the State Grid has made remarkable achievements in urban power grids and rural power grid reconstruction projects.The 19th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China has raised new requirements for the construction of China’s power grids,that is building safety,high-quality,economical,green,and high-efficiency intelligence.At the same time as the power grid,it is necessary to speed up the process of reforming the rural power grid.In 2018,the State Grid plans to complete a new round of rural power grid renovation project within five years.Box-type substations have become a key equipment for the application of power grid reconstruction and have become a research focus for companies and have developed smart Box-type substations,wide varieties;Although some products are able to achieve certain functions,but there is a big gap from the true sense of intelligence.This thesis designs a Box-type substation remote monitoring system based on ZigBee-GPRS technology.It is an intelligent component of box-type substation.Based on the research on the status quo and structure of box-type substation development at home and abroad,the advantages of ZigBee technology and GPRS technology applied in the system are analyzed.From the discussion of the acquisition parameters,the work to be done by the monitoring system is clearly defined,and then the system is designed the whole frame.Considering the system working environment,function realization and requirements for low power consumption,CC2530F256 is selected as the main control chip for the ZigBee network.It also cooperates with various sensors and detection circuits to achieve data acquisition.The main control chip of the gateway module selects STM32F103 and completes protocol conversion and data transmission between ZigBee network and GPRS network.The system uses Labview software as the upper computer development platform,compiles the monitoring interface,and has the function of real-time data display.Through the change of the switch status and the analysis of the collected data,the fault can be promptly alerted.The Box-type substation remote monitoring designed in this thesis achieves wireless acquisition of current,voltage,power and other energy parameters,switch status,and temperature and humidity environment conditions under the laboratory test conditions.The expected goal is basically completed.The monitoring system can replace the daily manual inspection,so that it is unattended and saves manpower and costs to some extent. |
