Business Model Design And Evaluation Of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation

Distributed photovoltaic,with its advantages of environmental protection,economy and high efficiency,is becoming an important development direction in China's energy field under the increasingly urgent situation of energy shortage,climate change and environmental security.As an important supplement to the traditional centralized power supply mode,it meets the requirements of China's 13th Five-Year Power development plan.In order to further speed up the development of distributed photovoltaic market,innovative business model will injects new vitality into the distributed photovoltaic industry chain,and will also become a main means for developers to enhance market competitiveness.The initial investment pressure of distributed PV is relatively large for the general users.It is necessary to enhance the research of business model for distributed PV application promotion.At the same time,a scientific economic evaluation way of distributed photovoltaic business model will help investors to arrange investment rationally and further prevent market risks.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of distributed energy in China from the business model to the research of distributed photovoltaic.Combined the development status and related policies of distributed photovoltaic,this paper first analyzes the internal and external environment of business model economic factors.It lays the foundation for the next study of the distributed photovoltaic business model.Secondly,based on the distributed photovoltaic industry chain,the business model is studied from two stages,development stage and operation stage respectively.And this paper constructs the economic analysis model of the distributed photovoltaic business model based on the analysis of cash inflow and cash outflow.Then,combined with the above business models and economic analysis,this paper builds the evaluation index system for distributed photovoltaic business mode in order to provide reference for the application and promotion of business model for investment developers.And based on the independent comprehensive evaluation method under the non-dictatorial condition of weight,the evaluation selection model is established.The economic indicators and sensitivity analysis of each model are carried out combined with case studies.Based on the calculation results,a comprehensive evaluation and comparison of distributed photovoltaic business models is carried out.With the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic,the distributed photovoltaic business model in China will continue to develop with the change of market.Based on this background,finally,combined with the change of the cost of distributed PV generation,the development trend of China's business mode is analyzed and prospected from three stages of distributed PV starting stage,transition period and maturity stage in this paper.At the same time,in order to promote the development of distributed photovoltaic business model,the relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspect of investors,the government and power grid.
