At present,China is in the key transformation stage of the energy industry.More and more attention has been paid to the depletion of traditional energy and the deterioration of the environment caused by it.The energy production and consumption system based on fossil energy has been difficult to continue.In this context,wind,solar and other volatile energy generation technologies have sprung up like mushrooms,energy technology and information technology with the depth of "energy Internet Era" is coming to us,to achieve this transformation is an important goal of China's energy revolution.It is very necessary to study the risk management of the wave energy generation under the energy Internet.This paper is based on system dynamics and Markov theory to identify the risk of energy fluctuation of energy under the Internet environment,at the same time,using cloud model and VIKOR expansion method for risk decision-making research.First,this paper uses the system dynamics model to clarify the process of volatile energy risk disturbance under the energy Internet,identify risks,and divides the risk into four categories,human risk factors,equipment risk factors,environmental risk factors and information flow risk factors.Based on the theory of linear risk element transfer and Markov theory,we collect relevant data of the enterprises,calculate the risk of each node's risk transmission,and get the risk state transfer probability matrix and risk state loss matrix.Then,in this paper,a decision method based on extended VIKOR is given for the decision problem of multi attribute group of uncertain language with attribute value as language phrase.Using the defined operation rules to assemble expert evaluation information,the result of the calculation can be kept in one-to-one correspondence with the language phrase evaluation set,and the losses incurred in the process of information conversion can be reduced as much as possible.Meanwhile,the cloud model is used to group the judgment language values and interval value conversion;in terms of program sequencing,this method defines the positive and negative ideal points of the case evaluation and extends the VIKOR method to an uncertain language environment,and defines new program effect values and individual regret values.The formula used to maximize the utility of the group and minimize the individual regrets.Finally,based on the analysis of the energy risk under energy internet,the demand of risk intelligent decision support system is analyzed,and the architecture,framework and main functions of risk intelligent decision support system are designed in detail.
