Research To The Optimization Of Building Enterprise Employees Incentive Mechanism

Construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,which is sh ouldering the basic task of the country.Employees of the construction enterprises fron tline bear most hard task.They provide human resources guarantee for the fast develo ping construction industry,and made an indelible contribution for the national econo mic.Their skills,professional quality,work attitude is directly related to the safety,quality,progress and benefits of construction projects.Taking Z Construction Enterprises as an example,Analyzing the incentive mecha nism status quo,using questionnaire investigation and interview method,analyzing t he needs of the 125 frontline staffs' needs,looking for the problems existing in the enterprise incentive system,this paper finds the main causes of the problem of the Z Construction Enterprises is that motivation is equivalent to the inspection,assessmen t lacks of communication,humanistic care for the frontline staff is not enough,whi ch make the enterprise incentive goal difficult to achieve.According to the actual situ ation,this study proposed incentive mechanism optimization design principles and Su ggestions for Z Construction Enterprises: although in the rapid development of econom y and industry,the frontline staff's income has been greatly improved,the survival demand is still their primary demand,therefore,for frontline staffs motivation,fir st of all it should meet their demand on material,but also through spiritual motivati ng,differential inspiring,constructing enterprise culture,improving constraint mech anism to meet the needs of our frontline employees to realize their self-worth and ind ividual pay respect,to meet the needs of establishing good social relationships.
