No matter how fierce the competition is in the market,its core and trend are talent competition among enterprises.Enterprise talent training is the main way to enhance the competitiveness of corporate talents,so companies are required to formulate professional training management plans for talent training.WH Company is a private power construction company engaged in various electromechanical installation and line installation projects below 10 kV,providing customers with comprehensive solutions such as electrical equipment installation and technical services.WH’s business and services must rely on the participation of employees and cooperation between employees,and ensure the normal operation of the company’s business through the technical services provided by employees.Similar to the small and medium-sized private power construction enterprises in the industry,WH’s grassroots staff training management also has many problems,and the training effect is not obvious.The company’s grassroots employees have less knowledge and skills development,insufficient learning ability,low certification level,and comprehensive quality that cannot meet the requirements of the external environment.At the same time,the loss of grassroots personnel is more serious,which will inevitably have a greater impact on the company’s competitiveness.This thesis uses a variety of research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training of WH company’s grassroots employees,and design the WH company’s grassroots employee training management plan.It first summarizes the company’s development status and sets strategic goals based on changes in the internal and external environments.Through strategic human resource planning,it finds out the company’s human resources gaps and the key points of training system construction,and discovers training problems and causes;Three-level theoretical investigation of training needs,design of training programs,and evaluation of training using Korotkoff’s four-level evaluation model;finally,guarantee measures are put forward from four levels of organization,system,incentives,and funding to ensure that WH’s training programs can be effective Implement.Through the analysis and research of this article,we provide WH with a systematic training program,and through the implementation of training methods to improve the comprehensive quality and comprehensive level of the company’s employees,it will bring benefits to the company’s operations.In summary,a comprehensive training management plan is formulated for WH’s grassroots employees.Through the implementation of the training plan,it can be used as a reference and reference for the training of WH’s grassroots employees.At the same time,it is the work of establishing grassroots personnel training management plans for the same type of enterprises.Provide reference for the reference and improvement of similar companies.
