At present,the light steel keel partition wall does not take into account its mechanical performance in the engineering design,but only needs to ensure that the performance of sound insulation and fire protection.In the actual design process,if the partition wall is involved in the force of the structure,it will save construction materials and bring considerable economic benefits.In this paper,by changing the keel spacing and size,through experimental research and theoretical deduction,the stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation performance of the structure are analyzed,and the mechanical properties of semi rigid steel frame and light steel keel partition system are studied.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Nine specimens were designed.Low cycle reciprocating loading test was carried out.Test data were processed.The stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation performance of each specimen were analyzed by hysteretic curves.The failure mode and stress process of each specimen were analyzed.(2)The influence of the spacing of the steel tubes on the lateral resistance of the structure is qualitatively analyzed by comparing the test results of each group.The results show that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the structure can be improved by reducing the spacing of the steel tubes.If the spacing is too small,the welding residual stress and residual deformation increase,so that the structural lateral resistance will decrease.It is suggested that the space between the steel tubes should be chosen reasonably.The increase of section size of square steel tube can significantly increase the bearing capacity and ductility of the steel tube,but it has little effect on the stiffness and energy dissipation of the structure.It is convenient to increase section size in design and construction and suitable for application.(3)In this paper,a simplified calculation formula of structural rigidity is proposed according to the D value method and the method of superposition of stiffness.The structural skeleton curve is simulated.The influence of the space between the square steel tube and the section size on the lateral resistance of the structure is quantitatively studied.
