Nowdays the prestressed concrete structure has been widely used in buildings,bridges,buildings and other infrastructure construction.Its light weight,strong bearing capacity,the advantages of saving steel,makes it more and more favored by the community.At the same time,with the rise in calculation methods and tools in recent years,the topology optimizatio,which can easily determine the size,thickness even the hole of the structure is also developing rapidly.This paper devotes to make the method of topology optimization can applied to the design of the prestressed structures,which makes it possible for the cross integration of multiple disciplines,to further meet the design requirements of saving materials,reducing costs,truly achieve the goal of the least costs and the lightest structure.This paper will use the method of finite element to divide the plane into 4 point square grid cell.The main research are summarized as follows:1)By reviewing the the development history and research status of topology optimization and its solution strategy,this paper points out the deficiency of the current research and selects the most suitable method to study the topic;2)According to the working principle of the variable density method(SIMP method)with penalty function,this paper establishest he mathematical model of topology optimization,and solve it with the method of moving asymptotes(MMA method).By calculating the optimal prestress design value of each round and value couples the value into the each topological loop.We are succeeded in realizing the topology design of the internal force redistribution system after adding prestress in one-step process.3)This paper selectes several common structures as examples,useing matlab to program to simulated the loading.This paper explaines the specific optimization results of the normal structure and the traditional prestressed topology structure comparing to the method talked in this paper,then explores the various factors that affect the optimization results4)According to the complex and changeable actual demand that may be encountered in the practical engineering,this paper explores the application of different objective and constraint functions,and will illustrates the method by giving an example.
