Our country successfully trials cast manganese steel frog in the early 60's.For decades yield gradually increased,structure and manufacturing process has also made a comprehensive study on improvement.At present domestic high manganese steel frog has advantages,strong integrity,high stability,easy installation and maintenance etc.,play an important role in railway transportation industry of our country.But since entering the new century,the rapid development of China social and economic development,various industries are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The design and manufacture of high manganese steel frog in front of more high market demand,the development of the industry also faces a technical problem to be solved for the design,casting,machining and so on many aspects.This paper first analyzes the various factors that control the straight through speed,and then control it in the design process to achieve a higher speed through the design purposes.In this paper,combined with the practical design and production process to carry out research from the following aspects:structural design and analysis of high manganese steel frog;high manganese steel frog casting technology research;high manganese steel liquid purification study;explosion hardening process of high manganese steel frog,tooling and equipment transformation.In this paper through the casting process simulation software of process of simulation and verification in order to reduce the casting shrinkage porosity,inclusion,cold septal defects to ensure the internal quality of the casting,after on the computer repeatedly simulated calculation,to obtain the optimal process.In the development process in the software,by force analysis,flow field analysis,summing up many years of production experience,developed a advanced technology,excellent performance has representative significance of super high manganese steel frog.In the course of the study,stress analysis using the finite element analysis method of the frog,to guide the design principle.Casting process using simulation software to simulate the liquid flow field,the monitoring period found prone to process problems and defects in the crossing site.For the process design and improvement.At the same time in the casting quality of the key role of the steel liquid purification to do special research.Considering the actual conditions of the frog,frog and rail seamless welding research.Strive for perfection in machining process.After the above aspects of the research and design of super high manganese steel frog reached the expected requirements.The research content of this paper on the subsequent frog design and manufacturing has a certain reference value.
