With the rapid development of China's railway technology,Domestic trains successively have been installed a variety of sensor devices to detect the running state of the train,and the rail transit vehicle traveling data recorder and fault recorder have been developed.Some systems that detecting the running safety and safe operation has been installed.And in terms of train network control related products have been formed.But monitor equipment divided into several subsystems according to the different aspects,including the control function,object,scope.Each subsystem is alone and unable to accurately judge the overall health of the train effectively and analyzes the cause of the problem of the system.That brings about great trouble to maintenance personnel.This article uses fault tree analysis to train the event recorder run and failure data which is collected as the main research object and combines with the parameters of the train data.We use c#programming language and the collocation database access technology to train health assessment software and process the failure,which is in the Visual Studio development environment.With the acquisition and the analysis of train operation in various state information including the parameter data and operation data and the failure data processing,the software device ensures the control of the running of the train and implement safety.By running failure data were collected,the train operate safety assessment and health scoring system to score we divide the fault level and we identify and determine the cause of the problem and fault performance of cause and effect through the score value.Take appropriate maintenance in a timely manner,and based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,the available resources and the actual demand to make accurate decisions.It focuses on the impact evaluation of the fault,and minimizes the impact and loss and maintenance management.This software realizes the purpose of the fault detection,analysis and assessment,and improves the efficiency of the staff and provides a powerful technical support for fault maintenance.It has very big use value,and provides the security guarantee.
